James Hemstock
Director, Capital Deployment & Leasing
James is a Director in the Capital Deployment and Leasing team focusing on investment and development opportunities and operational projects across the Midlands and South East Markets.
James joined Prologis in 2021 from leading investment agency FSP where he focused on business space investment for a range of clients. Prior to that he worked at JLL within their Capital Markets Team. He holds a Masters in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent, a BSc in Civil Engineering & Management from Loughborough University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.
