UK Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 for Prologis UK Limited and its UK group affiliated companies and our UK management companies within our UK Parks.

Prologis is the UK's leading developer and owner of logistics property and develops, owns and manages high quality sustainable logistics buildings within the UK as well as investing in Life Sciences. Conducting our business in an ethical and honest way is fundamental to how we operate and how we expect our suppliers to operate.

Our policies on modern slavery and human trafficking

Prologis is committed to responsible supply chain management and our objective is to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and we strive for best practice with regard to responsible supply chain management. We expect our suppliers, contractors and their representatives to conduct all business activities in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We regularly review our policies to ensure their effectiveness.

Governance and related policies

Prologis UK's approach to anti-slavery is aligned with various Prologis global policies relating to business conduct and ethical behavior. Our corporate governance framework is designed to meet best practice and integrity is the cornerstone of everything we do.

Prologis' Anti-Slavery Policy and its practical effectiveness is reinforced by several existing and aligned Prologis policies, which include:

  • Corporate Governance Guidelines: this statement details the overall approach and implementation of the corporate governance framework for the Prologis Group;
  • Supplier Code of Conduct: these principles provide guidance for Prologis' tendering and procurement practices globally, and includes Prologis' commitment to responsible supply chain management;
  • Code of Ethics and Business Conduct: this policy aims to establish and communicate a high ethical standard for officers, employees and contractors and that Prologis conducts its business fairly, impartially and in an ethical and proper manner, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Sustainability policy: this policy sets out our intention to be an exemplary corporate citizen.

As part of our regular Ethics training for both existing and new employees, Modern Slavery is one of the issues covered.

Modern slavery risk assessment

To identify and mitigate risk, we keep under review and assess potential risk areas in our supply chain. Within our own operations we have concluded that on the basis that we are a UK employer subject to UK employment protections and practices and with the procedures we already have in place and the nature of the roles our employees undertake, we have a low risk of modern slavery within our own operations. We will however keep this under review.

Within our supply chain we recognise that there are higher areas of risk such as the construction sector. As a result we remind suppliers of our Supplier Code of Conduct and inform them of our UK Anti-Slavery Policy in order to flag the risk and to seek to prevent modern slavery occurring in our supply chain. With any new supplier, we undertake due diligence on them and they will be considered on a case by case basis to identify any steps that should be taken as we engage with them going forward. This will involve, especially looking at higher risk suppliers, reviewing their policies, statements and procedures in relation to modern slavery to ensure that they deliver on the high standards we operate to and expect our supply chain to operate to.

Further steps

Looking forward we will continue to take the following further steps to combat modern slavery and human trafficking:

  • Continue to undertake anti-slavery and human trafficking training across our UK business;
  • Keep our supply chain under review and review all new suppliers on a case by case basis;
  • Continue to keep our due diligence under review and enhance it where necessary;
  • Monitor any need for further action.

This Statement has been approved by the board of Prologis UK Limited who will review and update it annually.
