Caroline Binns is Director, Marketing & Leasing for Liberty Property Trust UK, a Prologis company. She joined Liberty in 1995 to assist with the overall promotion of the 800 acre live, work, play community in Kings Hill, Kent – www.kings-hill.com. Her responsibilities include the asset management of approaching 1 million sq ft of commercial and retail property in Kings Hill. In addition, she oversees asset management, marketing and comms for the Cambridge Biomedical Campus – www.cambridgebiomedical.com. Caroline also provides comms and marketing support for Liberty/Prologis in its master planning/developer role, as it promotes new sites through the planning process to delivery, with community engagement, placemaking, public art and culture at its core.
