Prologis UK, a leading logistics property owner, developer and investor, has leased DC5b at Prologis Park West London to Relay, supporting the company's continued expansion across the UK.
The agreement builds on Relay's successful presence at DC5a Prologis Park West London, where the business established its UK operations and has since experienced significant growth driven by increasing demand for e-commerce delivery services and the securing of new customer contracts.
Relay, a technology-led delivery network transforming last-mile logistics, now handles more than 200,000 parcels each week across the UK. The additional space will provide the capacity needed to support further growth, strengthen operational efficiency and enhance service levels for customers.
The expansion reflects the increasing demand for modern logistics facilities in strategic urban locations, enabling fast and reliable delivery to consumers while supporting the continued growth of e-commerce.
