We regularly install high level fit out of LED lights, sprinklers, frost protection and fire alarms. Early installation as part of the base build can save over 6 months in valuable operational time. We can also fund these works as an additional “B” rent or monetise rent free if this favourable.
In-house capabilities
Our skilled in-house team will support you all the way through the BTS development process. Unlike much of our competition we have inhouse infrastructure and building development managers in addition to surveyors, planners and legal team members. We’ll assign specific members from the relevant professional disciplines to your project, establishing clear points of contact and ensuring full collaboration between the teams.
Aftercare
As part of our market-leading aftercare plan, we’ll give you a handy guide for how to keep your building running seamlessly and efficiently, while your Customer Experience Manager will always be on hand to help with any issues that might come up. On top of this, your Development Manager will remain on the project for a year after completion to assist on any construction related matters.

Rajapack - Prologis Park Marston Gate, 261,000 sq ft
Rajapak were an existing customer at Prologis Marston Gate in a 100,000 sq ft building, due to the growth of their business they had a requirement to upsize their building and we were able to develop a 261,000 sq ft BTS building. Under our ‘One Prologis’ approach we were able to allow Rajapak an early exit from their existing lease to allow them to transition to their new home in a timeframe to suit their business needs.
Hankook - Prologis Apex Park, 357,668 sq ft
Hankook were an existing customer at Prologis Apex Park where they had an approaching lease expiry. We were able to offer a flexible exit from Hankook’s existing building to allow them a seamless transition into a new BTS building.
