As part of our market-leading aftercare plan, we’ll give you a handy guide for how to keep your building running seamlessly and efficiently, while your Customer Experience Manager will always be on hand to help with any issues that might come up. On top of this, your Development Manager will remain on the project for a year after completion to assist on any construction related matters.
All inclusive lease
If you require it, we can maintain the exterior of the building and/or remove the dilapidations liability at lease end in return for a pre-agreed additional 'b' rent.
Prologis Essentials Rack Buyback
If you need to leave your existing building, we can support and make this process as easy as possible. Initiatives like 'Racking Buyback' within our Operations Essentials offering means our team will purchase your racking so you can avoid teardown and repairs.
