Melissa Brand

Melissa manages the Investment Services team at Prologis. She is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 12 years’ experience in the property industry. Melissa works alongside the development team, analysing investment propositions and articulating the risks and returns to the business.
Melissa joined Prologis in 2013 from DTZ where she was a Senior Surveyor, working primarily alongside the Royal Bank of Scotland, providing property advice to the Business Restructuring Group. Prior to that she specialised in commercial property valuation.
