Phil Oakley

Phil is leading the European Customer Led Development team. He coordinates teams across Germany, France and the UK to deliver build to suit solutions for customers in the locations they need to be in. Phil joined Prologis to deliver DIRFT Phase 3 from a consented land site to the c5m sq. ft flag ship park that exists today.

Phil has development expertise across the industrial property sector, with experience in developing both large-scale, complex schemes and small unit developments. Phil is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the property industry.
