Prologis Park Pineham is a successful distribution location next to the M1 at Northampton. The first phase of the development is now complete and infrastructure work has started on phase two, which has planning permission for a further 1.1 million sq ft of Grade A logistics accommodation. Existing occupiers include Sainsbury’s, BMW Group UK and Dalepak Ltd.
Prologis Park Stafford is a well-established park located within 1 mile of JN14 of the M6 motorway, providing access to the UK's motorway network and connecting you to many of the UK's major urban cities within a 4.5 hour drive time.
Prologis Dawley Road in Hayes has been designed to offer urban logistics facilities and provides a total of 121,011 sq ft of Grade A distribution space. Five units ranging in size from 2,837 sq ft to 52,719 sq ft are now available. Located in an established industrial area close to Heathrow Airport and the West London market, Prologis Dawley Road is close to Junction 3 and Junction 4 of the M4, Junction 15 of the M25 and Junction 1A of the M40.
