Senior Vice President, Market Officer
Alan is a Senior Vice President with responsibility for major development projects in the Midlands and the North. He sits on the UK Executive Committee and has over 30 years’ experience in the industrial and distribution market. He joined Prologis in 1998 having previously been a Development Director at Kingspark Developments.
Alan was previously at Bryant Properties and worked in industrial agency roles at both DTZ and Strutt and Parker in London. Alan has a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the College of Estate Management at Reading University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Alan's expertise is in site regeneration, land acquisition and assembly, planning, property marketing and leasing. He also works closely with a number of Prologis’ international clients, helping to meet their property requirements in the UK.
