That’s why we’ve developed a range of Park Services designed to help the businesses on our Parks thrive and why our dedicated in-house property management team are always there for our customers, at the end of a phone or walking our network of Parks.

Going the extra mile

We know that getting employees to and from work is vital for our customers. That’s why we introduced effective Green Travel Plans across our network of Parks, helping employees find a car share partner or identify bus, rail or cycle routes. We also work with local bus companies to adjust bus services to staff shift patterns. For our customers, this makes it easier to find and retain staff and, over the past five years this initiative has taken 2.7 million miles of single occupant journeys off the road, eased on-site parking issues and reduced traffic for communities close to our Parks.
