DC6 is a new 325,500 sq ft build to suit unit that has been successfully pre-let to Sainsbury's. The unit completed in Spring 2018.

The new building is Sainsbury’s dedicated national frozen food distribution facility located next to their existing 625,000 square foot distribution centre. For operational efficiency, the two buildings have inter-connecting yards.

Construction starts on BMW Group extension at Prologis Park Pineham

Councillor Mary Markham, Leader of Northampton Borough Council visited Prologis Park Pineham, to celebrate the start of construction at the 150,000 square foot extension of BMW Group UK’s 457,500 square foot regional parts distribution centre.  The expansion of BMW Group’s operations at Pineham is expected to create a further 70 jobs for Northampton over the next 10 years, bringing the total number of jobs at the facility to around 270.
