We are looking for new land

To ensure we have opportunities for customers in prime logistics locations, we are always looking for new land. We are interested in greenfield and brownfield sites, both large and small. Typically, we build around 2 to 3 million square feet of new logistics centres annually in the UK. Development on this scale takes up about 100 to 150 acres every year.

We've built a proven track record of securing planning permission and successful site promotion through extensive experience with Government policy and the planning system. We work closely with everyone involved in the planning process, from engaging politicians at a strategic level to discussion of the details with statutory consultees.
