Our buildings are located on Prologis Parks, which we own, manage and maintain. At every Prologis Park, we aim to provide our customers with a high quality working environment and park-wide services designed to support their business operations.
Prologis Park Pineham is a successful distribution location next to the M1 at Northampton. The first phase of the development is now complete and infrastructure work has started on phase two, which has planning permission for a further 1.1 million sq ft of Grade A logistics accommodation. Existing occupiers include Sainsbury’s, BMW Group UK and Dalepak Ltd.
Prologis Park Stafford is a well-established park located within 1 mile of JN14 of the M6 motorway, providing access to the UK's motorway network and connecting you to many of the UK's major urban cities within a 4.5 hour drive time.
Prologis Dawley Road in Hayes has been designed to offer urban logistics facilities and provides a total of 121,011 sq ft of Grade A distribution space. Five units ranging in size from 2,837 sq ft to 52,719 sq ft are now available. At Prologis, we aim to create a high quality working environment for all our customers. Our buildings are on Prologis Parks, which we own, manage and maintain, so when customers move to one of our buildings, they can benefit from a range of park-wide services that we have designed to support their business operations.

To ensure we have opportunities for customers in prime logistics locations, we are always looking for new land. We are interested in greenfield and brownfield sites, both large and small. Typically, we build around 2 to 3 million square feet of new logistics centres annually in the UK. Development on this scale takes up about 100 to 150 acres every year.
We've built a proven track record of securing planning permission and successful site promotion through extensive experience with Government policy and the planning system. We work closely with everyone involved in the planning process, from engaging politicians at a strategic level to discussion of the details with statutory consultees.
We are successful in gaining planning permission for our sites
We have the financial strength to pursue planning permission, buy land and develop both buildings and infrastructure. We do not need funding from third parties to pursue planning permission nor to acquire and develop land.
We have a clear focus and we will move quickly to secure the right opportunities
We develop high quality buildings and logistics parks because we are long term owners. Local communities and local authorities appreciate the high quality environments we create and maintain at our Prologis Parks. Our developments deliver thousands of jobs and significant inward investment for local communities.
By listening to local stakeholders we can build a better development
