Our buildings are located on Prologis Parks, which we own, manage and maintain. At every Prologis Park, we aim to provide our customers with a high quality working environment and park-wide services designed to support their business operations.
Prologis RFI DIRFT is recognised as the most successful rail freight interchange and logistics park in the UK. Located at the centre of the country, DIRFT is close to the West Coast Mainline railway and the M1 motorway. Infrastructure work has started on the third phase of the development, which has detailed planning permission for 7.9 million sq ft of logistics space and a new rail terminal.
Prologis Apex Park is part of a thriving employment area north of Daventry town centre, next to the A45 and close to the M1/M6 interchange. Prologis is developing the third phase of the park, where the final available plot has detailed planning permission for a unit of 414, 051 sq ft.
Just 1.5 miles from Junction 4 of the M4, Prologis Park West London is strategically located to serve Heathrow Airport, Greater London and the Thames Valley. The first two buildings, providing 78,780 sq ft and 113,335 sq ft are under construction and will be ready for occupation by the end of 2016. The park also has detailed planning permission for a further building of 273,178 sq ft.
We provide a comprehensive range of logistics facilities in prime locations. With Prologis Parks around London and along the M1 and M6 motorways, we can offer buildings and land that can meet your current and future requirements. All our properties give you the flexibility and efficiency you need for your supply chain network.
We provide Grade A logistics centres for highly efficient operations and we work continuously to improve our building design.
Our customers want facilities that offer minimal energy use, faster goods transit, increased goods storage and space for growing staff numbers. And this is what our buildings provide.
Our customers help us to design our buildings of the future
The quality of our logistics parks attracts both staff and new business. Because we own our buildings for the long term, we have a number of units at each Prologis Park. We maintain our parks to the highest standards and we encourage customers to work together; pooling resources for services such as security and staff transport.
Our customers benefit from working with us and with each other
