“We are delighted to have secured this new facility to fulfil our contract with Fiskars,” said Peter Nielsen, Managing Director of DSV. “We are relocating from the company’s existing distribution centre at Prologis Park Stafford, so it will be a smooth transition for the existing staff. Also, Wedgwood was founded in Burslem, so we are particularly pleased to be establishing this new logistics operation at Stoke-on-Trent.”

We have a well-established relationship with Fiskars and we have worked with DSV in continental Europe for many years, so we’re delighted that we could offer a facility DSV needs for this new chapter in Wedgwood’s history

Prologis Park Sideway is a joint venture between Prologis and Wittington Investments (Developments) Limited. The new distribution centre is forward funded by Equites Property Fund Limited.

Prologis owns and manages approximately 24 million square feet of logistics and industrial space in the UK as of March 31, 2017.
