Linkline Transport, the Northamptonshire based haulier, is gearing up for future growth with the announcement that it will take a ten-year lease on a 130,748 sq ft unit at Prologis Park Wellingborough West.
Linkline will become the second occupier on the park, joining global logistics company, Yusen Logistics, who moved into its specially built distribution centre last year.
Speaking about the decision, James Bowes, Commercial Director at Linkline Transport said: “This new, state-of-the-art facility will enable our specialist distribution and logistics division to offer a range of services to our customers. Thanks to its strategic location, Prologis Park Wellingborough West is the ideal location for our new operation.”
The announcement further demonstrates the popularity of Prologis Park Wellingborough West as an ideal location to serve key markets and conurbations across the midlands and nationally, with excellent connections to the East Coast ports.”
