Prologis has received planning consent for two build to suit warehouses at Prologis Park Kettering in Northamptonshire. This consent provides additional options for potential customers by allowing the property company to offer either a single unit scheme of 369,000 sq.ft or two buildings of 92,319 sq.ft and 245,721 sq.ft on a build to suit basis with full detailed planning consent.
Already home to brands including Argos, Internet Fusion, Specsavers and Great Bear Logistics, Prologis Park Kettering is well placed to attract and retain local labour and benefits from an on-site Green Travel Scheme which helps employees get to and from work by car, bus and bike.
