At Prologis UK we refer to our Property Management Team as ‘the glue that holds our Prologis Park network together,’ and this belief was recently confirmed when our Property Management Team was voted ‘best team’ in the Prologis 2017 EU Customer Satisfaction Assessment.

Prologis Customers, surveyed by Kingsley Associates in the fourth quarter of 2017, gave the UK team an overall score of 4.24 out of 5, placing them first overall in Europe for customer satisfaction.

The assessment gauges customer satisfaction across Europe with respondents asked to rate their satisfaction with their local Prologis Property Management Team against a number of criteria including: property management; property features; sustainability features; customer service; facilities and overall value for money.

A dedicated team of four people, Stuart Davies and his team of Steve Haddock, Paul Johnson and Wayne Porter currently look after over 100 customers based on Prologis Parks across the East and West Midlands, London and the South East.

I have been dealing with Wayne for several years now and I know I can rely on a prompt response, a genuine and friendly exchange and a positive willingness to assist; most importantly though it is an exchange that I can trust.

In addition to helping our customers move-in and set-up their logistics operations, our Property Management Team are at the end of the phone and on the ground, regularly walking our network of Parks to make sure that the buildings, road network, security and green spaces are in tip-top condition and provide the best possible environment for our customers, their employees and the local community.
