To make sure we have sufficient flexibility to work with a wide range of customers, we must continually develop our methodology, so we can deliver the best possible service from a project’s inception through to completion and aftercare.
From a customer’s point of view, the service we provide must be seamless and we work closely with our key contractors to develop a unified approach. As a team, we define best-in-class service, then we work together to ensure we deliver to the standards we have established.
Our customers know that no matter which of the main contractors we appoint to deliver their facilities, the quality of the buildings and the infrastructure, as well as the professionalism with which they are delivered, will be consistently high.

We hold a series of workshops to refine our approach, the latest of which was held at the end of May, when we focused on ways of working together to improve our customers’ experience of a given project. Three working parties were formed, which included representatives with the most relevant experience from each contractor, to focus on mobilization; delivery; completion and aftercare. Each working party then developed specific action plans which were presented back to the wider group.
The working parties are now finalising their plans, so that we can put these in place on both current and future projects.
