Prologis Park Pineham is a successful distribution location next to the M1 at Northampton. The first phase of the development is now complete and infrastructure work has started on phase two, which has planning permission for a further 1.1 million sq ft of Grade A logistics accommodation. Existing occupiers include Sainsbury’s, BMW Group UK and Dalepak Ltd.
Prologis Park Stafford is a well-established park located within 1 mile of JN14 of the M6 motorway, providing access to the UK's motorway network and connecting you to many of the UK's major urban cities within a 4.5 hour drive time.
Prologis RFI DIRFT is recognised as the most successful rail freight interchange and logistics park in the UK. Located at the centre of the country, DIRFT is close to the West Coast Mainline railway and the M1 motorway. The first phase of Infrastructure work is complete providing roads and servicing for the next phase of DIRFT. The site benefits from planning permission under a Development Consent Order enabling development of a further 7.82 million sq ft of logistics space and a new rail freight interchange.
