Dunelm Mill will double its distribution capacity at Stoke, extending its current 250,000 square foot facility to a total 500,000 square feet. The existing property was developed by Prologis in 2006 and is currently owned by ProLogis European Properties Fund II. With this deal Prologis completes the development of Prologis Park Stoke.
Steve Barton, Property Director at Dunelm Mill said: "Situated on the M6 and within 90 minutes drive of the major cities of Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool, Prologis Park Stoke is a prime location for us. Prologis has always provided us with a very high standard of quality and service and we look forward to working closely with them as we continue to expand our operations."
Andy Griffiths, MD of Prologis UK, added: "We pride ourselves on our relationships with our existing customers and are delighted to have signed a new agreement with Dunelm Mill which will support their business in the coming years. Dunelm has a long standing presence in Stoke; by doubling the size of its current facility, the company will further increase its contribution to the local economy."
