ProLogis delivers a 1.1 million sq ft PLAN A building
Sir Stuart Rose chairman of Marks & Spencer has officially opened the new 1.1 million sq ft distribution centre at ProLogis Park Bradford
The £40 million building was developed in line with Marks & Spencer Plan A
The Distribution Centre has: A carbon neutral shell, BREEAM Excellent certification, EPC A (CO2 index 25) rating
