This means that the in-house property management team is always available to advise the customer on the most efficient way to operate its facility. The team can, for example, help to put in place waste, water and energy management systems, as well as advise on occupational costs and supplier management schemes.

ProLogis can help the customer build its own relationships with the surrounding community and can work with customers and local partners to help train and recruit a local workforce.
